This email writing course for middle and high school students will teach you everything from basic writing to professional email writing. This course provides detailed instruction on polite language, effective communication techniques, and safe email usage. Middle and high school students can acquire skills that will be useful in their daily lives and future careers.


━━ Lesson Procedure ━━

① It is recommended to prepare in advance. Create your response texts in a word file or similar format.
(If you want to proceed with the lesson in a realistic and tense environment, you can proceed without preparation.)

② Standard completion time for one question is 25 minutes (1 sessions). If it cannot be completed within 25 minutes, it will be extended to 50 minutes, which equals 2 sessions.

③ During the lesson, drop your sentences (grouped by sentence or paragraph) into the instructor’s chat box, and the instructor will provide corrections.

The instructor will share the answer text on the screen for the student to see while making corrections sentence by sentence. Finally, overall advice will be given on the completed essay.

④ If the completion is not possible during the lesson, the instructor will provide the student with the answer text up to that point in a document file (Word or OpenOffice Writer).

⑤ The student should complete the response text before the next lesson and submit it to the instructor during the lesson.

⑥ In the second lesson, the instructor will correct the completed text on the shared screen. Corrections, advice, and completing the response text will be tailored to the student’s level in the writing lesson.

中高生向け英文Eメールの書き方


1.適切な件名をつける: 件名は簡潔かつ具体的であるべきです。

  受信者が一目でメールの内容を把握できるようにしましょう。


2.挨拶で始める: 「Dear [名前]」や「Hello [名前]」といった形で、

  礼儀正しい挨拶でメールを開始します。


3. 目的を明確にする: 最初の段落で、メールの主旨や目的をはっきりと述べましょう。


4.簡潔でわかりやすい文を心がける: 長すぎる文章や複雑な表現は避け、

  シンプルで明瞭な文を使うことが大切です。


5. 文法とスペルチェックをする: 誤字や文法の間違いがないか、

  送信前に必ずチェックしましょう。


6. 丁寧な表現を使用する: 「Please」や「Thank you」といった丁寧な言葉遣いを使って、

  敬意を表します。


7. パラグラフを分ける: 異なる話題は別々のパラグラフに分けることで、

  読みやすいメールになります。


8. 結びの言葉を加える: 「Best regards」や「Sincerely」など、

  適切な結びの言葉を使いましょう。


9. 自分の名前で締めくくる: メールの最後には、自分のフルネームを書いて締めくくります。


10. 文脈に合ったトーンを選ぶ: 友達に送るメールと先生に送るメールでは、トーンが

  異なることを意識しましょう。友達にはもう少しカジュアルな

  言い回しを、先生や公式の場ではよりフォーマルな表現を選びます。

中高生のためのEメール作成コースでは、基本的な書き方からプロフェッショナルなメールの書き方までを学べます。このコースでは、丁寧な言葉遣い、効果的なコミュニケーションのテクニック、そしてEメールの安全な使い方について詳しく指導します。中高生の皆さんが、日常生活や将来のキャリアに役立つスキルを身につけることができます。


━━ レッスンの進め方 ━━

① 事前に予習されることをお勧めします。回答文をwordなどのファイルで作っておきましょう。
  鉛筆書きの場合は解答用紙をスキャンしてファイルに保存することをお勧めします。
(本場同様の緊張感でレッスンを進めたい方は、予習無しで進めてください。)

② 単語数(Words)又は受講者のレベルによって1問を1レッスン以上(2コマ)必要になります。

  できるだけ1つの問題(トピック)を同じ講師で受講してください。

③ レッスンでは、センテンスごと(文のまとまりごと)に講師のチャットボックスに

   最後に完成文に対し、文章全体のアドバイスを致します。
