Many of the people are carrying signs. A lot of the signs say “Kerry;’
and some of the signs also say “Veterans.” Almost all of the signs are
red, white and blue. These are the colors of the United States; so they
probably are political signs. Most of the signs are the same shape and
about the same size. The signs don’t look heavy. The woman in front
is holding her sign in one hand. It’s lucky for them that the weather is
nice.
