32. 気象・天候・季節の表現

写真などを見てその環境に言及する場面では、気象状況や気候などを説明したいことがあります。sunny「晴れの」、cloudy「曇りの」、rainy「雨の」、snowy「雪の」などの基本的な形容詞を確認しましょう。また、cold and rainy「寒く雨の降った」、clear and calm「晴れて穏やかな」、sunny and warm「晴れて暖かな」など、形容詞を組み合わせた表現も身につけましょう。

31. 時間・時刻の表現

ここでは、right now「ちょうどいま」、at the moment「目下；現在は；ちょうどいま」、recently「最近；昨今」、nowadays「近頃」など、時間を表す副詞や副詞句の基本的なものを紹介しておきます。When I was younge「, I used to lide it everyday.「幼かった頃は、毎日それに乗っていました」のように when…「…のとき」などの接続詞を用いて時間を表す節を作る方法も確認しておきましょう。
