「 恋心を持つ 」って英語ではどう言うんでしょか？
アメリカでは ” have the hots for ” といいます。
例文
He has the hots for the new girl in the office.
彼は会社に新しく入った女の子に魅力を感じ、熱くなった。
形容詞hotの名詞はhotnessですが、the hots という形でのみ、恋愛感情としての魅力
という意味の名詞になります。
うっすらとした恋心というよりは、激しい恋愛感情を指します。
よって、have the hots for で、（人）に強い魅力を感じる、
（人）に性的魅力を感じる、という意味になります。
